SocialMsg ("we", "us", "our") is a service operated by Younes_Larbi (contact: +213 - 777209008), available at converti.funcs.cloud and the SocialMsg platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Business information: name, email, and phone number you provide when creating an account.
• Customer messages: messages sent to your connected WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram accounts, which we process to generate AI replies on your behalf.
• Platform credentials: access tokens and verify tokens for the channels you connect. These are stored encrypted.
• Usage data: logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the SocialMsg service.
• To generate AI-assisted replies to messages received on your connected channels.
• To detect purchase intent and draft orders for your customers.
• To escalate conversations to a human teammate when appropriate.
• To comply with legal obligations and the policies of Meta Platforms (WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram).

3. Messaging platforms

SocialMsg integrates with WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram via official Meta APIs. When you connect a channel, message content is sent to Meta's servers as part of normal message delivery. Your use of these channels is also governed by their respective terms and policies.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (e.g. hosting, database) under agreements that require confidentiality, or when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain conversations and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, and restrict access to personal data to authorized personnel. Incoming webhooks are verified using platform signature headers to prevent spoofing.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting us at the email below. If you are located in a jurisdiction with specific data-protection rights (e.g. GDPR), we will honor those rights.

8. Children

SocialMsg is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Data deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. See our User Data Deletion page for instructions. We will acknowledge your request with a confirmation code and complete deletion within 30 days.
