1. The Service

SocialMsg provides an AI assistant that connects to your WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram accounts to auto-reply to customer messages, detect purchase intent, and draft orders.

2. Your responsibilities

• You must have the right to connect the messaging accounts you configure.
• You are responsible for the content sent through the Service and for complying with the policies of Meta Platforms and applicable law.
• You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited marketing, or unlawful content.

3. AI-generated content

Replies are generated by automated models and may be inaccurate. You should review escalated conversations and configure your assistant appropriately. We are not liable for actions taken based on AI-generated messages.

4. Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and access tokens secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

5. Fees

Pricing, if any, will be communicated before activation. Message fees charged by messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp) are your responsibility.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or to comply with platform policies.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
